Dim Sum. Today J and I tried this dimsum place where carts do not exist. Dim sum in Hong Kong are now all made-to-order, with markable paper menus. No longer does one need to chase the dim sum lady with the cart of ha gow; everything that comes to your table is piping hot and fresh.

taro cake
shumai
char-siu pastry
fried mochi dumpling with mincced pork
lotus-leaf wrapped sticky rice
ha gow
char siu bow
fried banana
egg tart
